Rueda white wine verdejo MARTIVILLÍ barrel fermented White wine exclusively made from verdejo grapes. It is fermented in barrel in contact with its lees for 5 months and then 12 months of bottle ageing in an underground cellar at a temperature ranging from 12ºC to 15ºC. WINE TASTING Golden-yellow colour on a greenish background. Predominant aromas of green fruits and citrus on the nose with hints of spices comming from soft wood, delicate and well integrated. Unctuous mouth with evidence of glycerine but retaining original freshness. It is persistent and long . A hint of wood at the retro-olfaction and the bitter finish typical of verdejo. |
