Rueda sparkling wine MARTIVILLÍ BRUT NATURE /BRUT MEDIUM DRY The Sparkling Wine Martivillí is made exclusively from verdejo variety. Fermentation As the traditional one (in bottles) known as champenoise method. Then, wine Is bottled and remains in underground cellars at a constant temperature of 12ºC for 30 months. This results in a Sparkling Wine with a large quantity of small and fine continuous stream of bubbles. Best served with appetizers, meat, fish and desserts. WINE TASTING Pale-yellow colour, clean and brilliant. Intense fruity aromas on the nose mixed with ageing nuances. Good level of carbonic, tasty and bitter on the finish, which is typical of this varietal. |
