Rueda red wine Lorenzo Cachazo This wine is produced from tempranillo grown in the area under Rueda Appellation of Origin. It is made by fermenting the grape must with the skins to extract its colour; then wine undergoes malolactic fermentation followed by stabilisation and bottling. WINE TASTING Deep-cherry red, with purplish rim. Wild fruit aroma with nuances of green fruit. A soft and silky palate showing agreeable tannins and good acidity levels. |
